USS Alabama Final Details

It's almost here! I know the scouts are very excited. I just wanted to touch base with everyone with some last minute details.

WHERE: We are meeting in the parking lot of the USS Alabama Park

WHEN: April 2, 3:30 pm, Please arrive early as we must board the ship together.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: A Rack with a pad similar to image below.

WHAT DO I NEED: You will need to bring your own bedding, drinks, food if you didn't sign up for meals, Flashlight, camera and toiletries.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE: We are buying pizza for Dinner; Breakfast is available and I think most everyone opted in. Souvenirs are available - pre-order (see below).

WHAT ARE WE DOING: We will be doing a self guided tour of the ship and submarine. We will optionally have a Photo Scavenger Hunt.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR: Class B t-shirt. There will be a lot of scouts on the ship, it will help differentiate our scouts.

Please bring Cash or Check, No Credit Cards to pay your remaining balances for food and merchandise. If you would like to know your balance, please email me.
If you would like to purchase Souvenirs, these items must be pre-ordered and paid in advance.

They need the order in advance. They prefer payment in one lump sum instead of each Scout paying for their own. See the order form for details.

Souvenirs must be PRE-ORDERED and pre-paid. Please follow the above links for an order sheet for t-shirts, patches, and personalized dog tags. If you want to order souvenirs, please fill out the correct sheet(s) and email or bring them back to me. On the main order form, where it says "Leader Name" please put your Scout's name.

**These sheets MUST be filled out and returned to me by March 24 or you will not get your souvenirs.**

You can pay for your souvenirs by dropping off cash or check made out to Pack 553 at my house, 4421 Southminster Circle in Raintree Estates by March 24. You can also bring your filled out forms to me with payment instead of emailing.
