posted Sep 30, 2014, 4:20 PM by Pack Chairman   [ updated Sep 30, 2014, 4:20 PM by Pack 553 Niceville, FL ]

We had a great den meeting on Sunday to work on the Readyman Activity Pin.  At the meeting we completed the following items (please mark them in your books if you attended this den meeting):

Readyman items: 1-2, 4-9, 14-15.  Your Webelos Scout needs to complete item 3 at home and have it ready to present at our next den meeting.  Once item 3 is complete they will receive their Readyman Activity Pin (and their Webelos Colors if they haven't already received them).

We also had the opportunity to complete Handyman item 3; please mark that in your books as well.

Our next Den Meeting will be October 12th.  Nathan Foster will be Denner (Responsible for planning and executing the flag Ceremony; Web Requirement 6) and Joel will be Assistant Denner (Prepared to replace the Denner if he is unable to attend).

Since we have 2 camping trips scheduled in October, We will start the Outdoorsman pin.  (344-364)

2.    With your family or Webelos den, help plan and take part in an evening outdoor activity that includes a campfire.

3.    With your parent or guardian, take part in a Webelos den overnight campout or a family campout.   Sleep in a tent that you have helped pitch.
